About Me

I spent 10 years working as a real estate agent in Thailand before founding Beach & Houses in 2020. The portal now lists property across Vietnam, Thailand, Bali and Cambodia.

I am not the selling agent on these listings. Beach & Houses is a portal: the properties come from local agencies, developers and private owners, and when you send an enquiry it reaches me first. I read it, then I put you in touch with the partner on the ground who actually knows that building, that street and that seller — not a call centre.

That also means I have no commission riding on any particular unit. It’s why the guides on this site tell you when a yield projection is optimistic, or when a short-let plan isn’t legal. Ask me anything before you speak to anyone else.
